DeLight Media provides architectural and interior photography, videography, and related creative services in British Columbia.

All services are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, estimates, or invoices (“Service Agreements”).

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.

You agree to use this Site responsibly and lawfully.

You may use this Site only if you:

• are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• can enter into binding agreements

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful purposes

5. Booking, Estimates & Payments

Estimates and proposals:

• are based on information provided at the time of inquiry
• are valid for the stated period (or 30 days if not specified)
• may change if scope, schedule, or usage changes

Payment terms, deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling are defined in each Service Agreement or invoice.

We reserve the right to pause or withhold work if payments are overdue.

6. Licensing & Usage

All photography and videography is licensed — not sold.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• DeLight Media retains full copyright
• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
• Usage is limited to agreed purposes

Additional licensing is required for:

• third-party use
• media, press, or advertising expansion
• resale or redistribution

Clients agree not to:

• transfer or sell content to third parties
• use content in misleading or unlawful ways
• alter content in a way that misrepresents the work

Use of content for AI training, datasets, or automated systems is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Credits & Publications

Where reasonably possible, credit should be provided:
